Traditional woodworking - Handcrafted furniture with hand tools

I began working with wood over 20 years ago.  I immediately fell in love, and luckily for me, I know what I'm going to do. After many years of restoring floors and furniture for museums, castles, art galleries, and private clients, and working with heavy machinery, I gradually shifted to working only with hand tools. There is nothing more enjoyable than making something with your hands.

I  craft high-quality cabinets from the finest materials, utilising traditional joinery and techniques with hand tools. Yes, I use a band saw to roughen the stock, but all the joinery is done with hand tools only.
All the cabinets are built with traditional joinery, including mortise and tenon, sliding dovetails, and tongue-and-groove construction. All the carcasses are constructed with dovetail or half blind dovetail tails, and the same for the drawers. All the cabinets are finished with a hand plane to the highest possible standards. The furniture I build is designed to last for generations and meets the highest standards, using only the finest wood. Some of my favourite spices to work with are walnut, cherry and oak.
